Richard, This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but still perhaps relevant. Georgia Tech offers a special meal plan just to Greek pledges. They are permitted to exchange their full access freshman meal plan for a limited, 5 meal per week plan. Although they are not provided an exchange refund, the difference in meal plan cost is added to their campus card debit funds so that they are available for campus merchants other than dining.
