GPS Software for your vehicle fleet

Good morning NACAS community, 

I am researching several companies to provide me with s software package to monitor our vehicle fleet.  If anyone is using such a service can you please let me know who you are using and rate their  performance.  It would also be helpful to get an idea of its cost.
