Implemented several significant programs and initiatives focused on community-building. Achievements include:
- Leading the development of a comprehensive renovation & reconstruction plan for the Dobbs University Center, a 137,000 sq. ft. college union.
- Developed the Second Year at Emory program, a developmental intervention for second-year college students at Emory University designed to assist them with selecting a major, career development, and student leadership.
- Constructed and implemented the residence life, student activities, and crisis management plans for the Emory Pre-College Program, a summer program for high school students.
- Served as a member of the team that developed the Division of Campus Life at Emory University's comprehensive divisional assessment plan, serving on the steering team to this day.
