    Mount Royal University is exploring the possibility of building a sports dome on campus to accommodate a full size soccer pitch (~120' X 90') including room for dressing rooms and bleachers for spectators. I am reaching out to this great community as we do not have any experience in relation to a project such as this. I am curious if anyone would be willing to share their operating costs and or business plans associated with a venture such as this.

    UW Oshkosh has an athletic dome.  We call is the RecPlex.  The dome is up during the winter months and taken down during the warm months. We've had it for a couple years now. Please contact Nate Scott, the Director of Student Recreation at UW Oshkosh.  His email is
