    We are currently doing a self assessment of our internally run mail center operation as well as having a 3rd party assess the current state. The goal is to decide whether we proceed with keeping it internally run or if we engage a partner to manage the operation.

    My question, is if there is anyone that has gone through this process in the past 2-3 years that would be willing to share a sample of their RFP document for us to review?

    In particular the scope of services would be management of the mail center operation with upgrades in technology.  We are also considering whether or not we would include some additional retail services (i.e. high volume copying, professional printing services) to be available in this location as well to help off set the management fee.
