At The University of Texas at Austin we are partially closed except for research and other essential functions. Somehow, our carriers (Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL) are assuming we are completely closed and not delivering to respective university units. We are having a difficult time trying to talk to the appropriate officials at the various carrier to reinstate delivery. Does anyone have specific contacts for Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL that have the authority to reinstate these services and deliveries?
We are receiving deliveries at our central receiving dock for those purchases that were scheduled to be sent to the University's central receiving dock. The issue above is for those deliveries for units that requested direct delivery to their offices/labs.
