    Auxiliary Professionals,

Me and the team at Heritage Parts are looking for your expertise as we compile a list of tips and best practices for prepping and opening kitchens for the start of new school years. We would appreciate if you and your team were willing to share your own best practices for areas like cleaning recommendations, PM tips, and inspection checklists. All contributors who provide a tip that is used will be cited in the final list and provided a copy of the finished product. Feel free to respond in the thread or directly to me!
    Thanks for your support!

    Hi Abby!

Aaron Neilson from California State Polytechnic University Ponoma recently held a webinar around the creation of Innovation Brew Works, a brewpub operated by students on campus. Part of the presentation centered around the kitchen and a few best practices around construction and maintenance around the 15:45 mark, so I encourage you to give it a listen!
