    Greetings Everyone!

    I have a couple of questions. Does anyone accept EBT in their retail locations or participate in the restaurant program? If you participate in the restaurant program in a dining hall, would you be willing to share how you manage it? The second question - does anyone use proceeds from sales to support student scholarships? I am interested in seeing how you handle your marketing. Thanks in advance for your insight!

    We participate in EBT at three of our campus markets and are exploring launching the RMP (restaurant Meals Program) at three retail food locations (QSR's). Attached are some cheat sheets for you.
