    Hi everyone

Apologize if I missed a topic on this already.

We are beginning our back to school planning and an wondering what plans your institution is putting in place for continued physical distancing once classes resume in person.  For example, in dining halls, food courts, coffee shops, print shops etc.  As well, will you be putting up any type of physical barriers for front line personnel such as been done in grocery stores for cashiers?

    Good Morning,
At Gettysburg College our Dining Services are beginning to ask the same questions. We have ordered Plexiglas barriers for our cashiers and service counters. Being a residential campus that holds few noon classes you could imagine social distancing in the dining outlets will be tested.
We are having conversations on how to provide additional takeout opportunities from our main dining hall and controlling the number of students in the servery at one time.
We will likely eliminate our faculty & staff dining room to provide additional seating for students as we will probably have to reduce the density of seating in the dining rooms.
Hope this helps. I would be interested in well as to what other schools may be implementing.
