What requirements or expectations did you have with third party food truck vendors? Did you have any additional agreements in respect with hours, competing , venues with your current contracted foodservice provider?
Also curious on frequency, hours, days or times of year you had food trucks on campus. And, any other helpful hints as we explore these options.
