    Good Day,

I know I have seen various dialogues as it relates to food trucks on campus.  I am seeking additional information as we explore this trend as an alternative option on campus.

What requirements or expectations did you have with third party food truck vendors?  Did you have any additional agreements in respect with hours, competing , venues with your current contracted foodservice provider?

Also curious on frequency, hours, days or times of year you had food trucks on campus.  And, any other helpful hints as we explore these options.

    Thanks much.

    Hi Whitney,

I recommend that you take a look at our recording of our Virtual Roundtable on how to get started with implementing food trucks on your campus. The session details how to connect with food truck operators, how to select the business model and service model that best fits your campus, parking regulation, and many other details. Hopefully you find this useful!
