    Good afternoon,

    University of Mary Washington is currently transitioning from a self-operated bookstore to a 3rd party contractor. Because of this, we are considering changes to our in-house licensing program. We are interested in different perspectives about licensing programs. For self-licensed institutions, what are some procedures/guidelines that you have in place? Do you use any software for art approvals or royalty tracking? Have you experienced a similar transition of self-op bookstore to contracted? For other institutions, what are some pros and cons for contracting licensing services?
