I am on a Communications Subcommittee for our Campus Recovery and Reopening. Currently we are brainstorming methods to communicate to our campus groups and subgroups. We are including everyone in our communication from custodial staff to faculty, students, vendors, visitors, .....literally trying to think of every group and break them down into subgroups... Parking pass holders, bus riders, individual building residents, ect.. and how to effectively and timely communicate to them our operational updates and changes. We have some ideas in the works but, I am curious what methods are others using that are working or not working to communicate your messages to your campus services groups. Especially those without direct computer access for emails or text message alerts.
Thanks in advance! Stay Safe and Stay well!
Mary,Great info on that site! I see you have a telephone hotline set up. Can you tell me more about that? Its an option we have been discussing but not sure how to implement it. Is it a prerecorded message? Live staffed? If staffed, who staffs the line? Thanks!
